  • The system has been created with Microsoft Excel, and there are over 1070+ uniquely designed plumbing standard rates within 27 service categories pre-loaded in this package. All standard rates are broken down into material, labour and plant equipment costs and can be completely modified to suit your requirements. To finalise the estimate, you set the project mark-ups, generate a comprehensive estimate report and submit it to the client. How the estimate process works:

Our Schedule of Rates consists of over 1,000 fully editable and justifiable plumbing rates. You set the material mark-up percentage plus the labour, excavation and backfill rates to determine the rate. Print and submit the schedule with your tender, and when you win the project, your variation rates are already set to go. Q. Can we set our own labour rate, material prices and excavation costs? A. Absolutely! All of them are easy to modify, as the main function of The Plumbing Pack's main function is for you to have total control over each of the costings.
Q. Which suppliers have you used to build your standard rates, and can that be changed? A. The main supplier is Reece Plumbing. The prices can be over written' to suit your preferred supplier material costs.
Q. Do you offer personal, one-on-one estimating training courses? A. Yes I do. But I highly recommend that you sign up for our life time' video step-by-step estimating course (click here), as it covers everything you need.
Q. Which states or areas are your standard rates designed for? A. The rates were originally built for Sydney metro, but the system is designed to be easily modified to suit any area and/or business size.
